Sports Participation Survey for Parents whose Children attend Sport or Physical Activities in Thurrock.

Thurrock Local Safeguarding Children Partnership are working with a national charity, The NWG Network, to help launch a new campaign across Thurrock called "Safe to Play".  This campaign has been designed to help parents understand and recognise abusive practices in sport and other physical activities and provides advice and guidance to help support their children and also how to report any concerns.

As part of the implementation plan, we need to understand what kinds of sports and other physical activities (such as dance or drama) your children attend outside of normal school activities in Thurrock, as such we would be grateful if you could answer the following short questions
