Thurrock LSCP are pleased to announce the publication of the refreshed Pathway to Serviced and Threshold Intervention document. This guidance has been written with multi-agency involvement and consultation.
Working Together 2018 highlights at page 16:
‘The safeguarding partners should publish a threshold document, which sets out the local criteria for action in a way that is transparent, accessible and easily understood.’
This document is for everyone who works with children and young people and their families in Thurrock. It is about the way we can work together, share information, and put the child, young person and their family at the center of our practice, providing effective support to help them solve problems and find solutions at an early stage to prevent problems escalating. It sets out how we approach the difficult task of keeping children and young people safe and protected from harm.
