The Netflix series Adolescence sparked national conversation by shining a light on misogyny, incel culture, and the dangers young people face online. This timely session dives into the growing influence of sexist and harmful ideologies among youth—and how these messages are reaching them. 

We’ll explore:

• The rise of online misogyny and its impact on young minds
• Key influencers and content creators shaping these narratives
• The counter-narratives we can offer
• Practical strategies to challenge sexism in college and the classrooms as well as across the curriculum

This session is for all professionals—because safeguarding and shaping respectful behaviour is everyone’s responsibility. Whether you're working directly with young people, parents or parenting young people at home, this topic affects us all.
