Learning Objectives:

  • Consider the use of value of reflection as a process.
  • Discuss how we create psychological safety in order to facilitate reflection.
  • Examine models of reflective practice and experiential learning.
  • Practice using these cycles and consider our own blocks and barriers to reflection.
  • Action plan using tools and resources to take forward.
